Cross Country Necessities

For Practice:

  • Shoes- be sure they are comfortable enough to run long distances in!
  • Socks 
  • Shorts/Pants
  • Sweatshirt/Tshirt- NO Tank tops or cut tshirts that expose chest area skin please!
  • Water Bottle
  • Healthy Snacks- bananas, string cheese, granola bars, etc.

 

For Meets:

  • Shoes- be sure they are comfortable enough to run long distances in!
  • Socks 
  • Shorts AND Pants
  • Tshirt AND Sweatshirt-NO Tank tops or cut tshirts that expose chest area skin please!
  • Water Bottle
  • Healthy Snacks- bananas, string cheese, granola bars, etc.
  • Parent Note- Turned into a coach by the day of the meet. Needed ONLY if you are riding home with a parent from a meet
