For Practice:
- Shoes- be sure they are comfortable enough to run long distances in!
- Socks
- Shorts/Pants
- Sweatshirt/Tshirt- NO Tank tops or cut tshirts that expose chest area skin please!
- Water Bottle
- Healthy Snacks- bananas, string cheese, granola bars, etc.
For Meets:

- Tshirt AND Sweatshirt-NO Tank tops or cut tshirts that expose chest area skin please!
- Water Bottle
- Healthy Snacks- bananas, string cheese, granola bars, etc.
- Parent Note- Turned into a coach by the day of the meet. Needed ONLY if you are riding home with a parent from a meet
